JLJPH Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights as a Player

1Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to JLJPH (referred to throughout these Terms as "JLJPH", "we", "us", or "the Platform"). JLJPH is an online gaming platform operated under a valid licence issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is accessible at jljph.best.

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any promotional terms published separately, form the complete agreement between you and JLJPH governing your use of the platform.

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional offer at JLJPH, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• You understand that online gaming involves financial risk and that you may lose money deposited on the platform.

2Eligibility Requirements

To register and use JLJPH, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years old. JLJPH strictly prohibits minors from accessing the platform. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts where age verification fails.

• Single Account: You may hold only one JLJPH account. Operating multiple accounts is grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances held in duplicate accounts.

JLJPH reserves the right to decline registration or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not satisfied, without prior notice and without liability to the account holder.

3Account Registration and Security

When registering at JLJPH, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false information at registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.1 Verification (KYC)

JLJPH conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to provide a government-issued ID (SSS, GSIS, PhilHealth ID, Driver's Licence, Passport, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Verification is required before withdrawals can be processed for first-time requests or where transaction patterns trigger a review.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JLJPH login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. JLJPH will never ask for your password by phone or email. All activity conducted using your login credentials is your responsibility, unless you have reported a security breach to us in advance of such activity occurring.

4Deposits and Payment Methods

JLJPH accepts deposits through the following Philippine-based payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, BDO Online Banking, BPI, UnionBank, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). No currency conversion fees are applied by JLJPH, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit at JLJPH is ₱100. There is no maximum single deposit limit by default, although payment provider limits and responsible gaming deposit controls set by you may apply. JLJPH reserves the right to apply source-of-funds checks to large or unusual deposits.

4.2 Deposit Acceptance

Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name, or funded by third parties, are not permitted at JLJPH. Third-party deposits will be refunded and the relevant account may be suspended pending review. Only funds from sources you legitimately own may be used to fund your JLJPH account.

4.3 Processing Time

Deposits via GCash, Maya, and GrabPay are credited to your JLJPH account in real time. InstaPay and bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during business hours. If a deposit does not appear within the expected timeframe, contact JLJPH support with your transaction reference number.

5Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your JLJPH account will be processed to the same payment method used for your deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, though JLJPH may apply enhanced verification procedures for withdrawals above certain thresholds in compliance with Philippine AML requirements.

5.1 Processing Timeframes

• GCash / Maya: Average 5–15 minutes, 24 hours a day.
• GrabPay / Coins.ph: Average 15–30 minutes.
• InstaPay / PESONet: Same business day.
• BDO / BPI / UnionBank: Same business day, standard banking hours.
• Visa / Mastercard: 3–5 business days (card network processing time applies).

5.2 Withdrawal Conditions

Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6 before they may be withdrawn. Real money deposits that have not been subject to any wagering on JLJPH may be returned to your original deposit method upon request, subject to a processing review. JLJPH reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing where KYC verification is outstanding or where a security review is in progress.

6Bonuses and Promotions

JLJPH offers bonuses, welcome offers, reload promotions, and tournaments from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. The following general conditions apply to all JLJPH bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 20x to 35x the bonus amount) before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Time limits: Bonus funds and the associated wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion — typically 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited.
• Game restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games, card games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all, depending on the specific promotion.
• Single bonus per household: Bonus offers are limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, or payment method. JLJPH reserves the right to remove bonus funds and related winnings where this condition is breached.
• Abuse: JLJPH monitors for bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies across markets. Any account found to be systematically exploiting bonuses in a way inconsistent with genuine recreational play may have bonus funds voided and the account placed under review.

7Betting and Gaming Rules

All games and betting markets available at JLJPH are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or sport. These are accessible within the relevant game or betting section on the platform. The following general principles apply across all JLJPH gaming activity:

• All bets are placed at the odds or stake displayed at the time of confirmation. JLJPH is not responsible for bets placed based on misread or misunderstood odds.
• Once a bet has been confirmed by the JLJPH system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless the specific game's rules explicitly provide for cancellation.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting event, JLJPH reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance.
• For live sports betting, odds are updated in real time. A bet is only confirmed once JLJPH's system has acknowledged acceptance — bets placed during odds transitions that cannot be matched to a confirmed price will be void.
• JLJPH's settlement of all games, races, and events is final once the result has been confirmed by the relevant governing body or provider. Settlement errors will be corrected if identified, but JLJPH is not obliged to honour settlement errors where winnings have already been withdrawn in reliance on an incorrect settlement.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JLJPH. Engaging in any of these activities is grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering with false or third-party identity information.
• Operating more than one JLJPH account, whether personally or through third parties.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or money laundering.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with JLJPH games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches — any winnings generated from exploiting such errors will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in card games, poker, or any other competitive format available on JLJPH.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing or manipulation of sporting events on which JLJPH offers betting markets.
• Any conduct that JLJPH reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the platform or other players.

9Account Suspension and Closure

JLJPH reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account holder no longer meets the eligibility requirements of Section 2.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, JLJPH will freeze withdrawals and deposits on the account. If the investigation concludes that a breach has occurred, JLJPH may forfeit the account balance. If no breach is found, any suspended withdrawals will be processed within 5 business days of the account being reinstated.

You may voluntarily close your JLJPH account at any time by contacting support. Any real money balance remaining in a closed account (net of bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered withdrawal method within 5 business days.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the JLJPH platform — including but not limited to the JLJPH brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, promotional materials, and the overall design and layout of the site — is the property of JLJPH or its licensed content partners, and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the JLJPH platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any JLJPH content without express written permission from JLJPH.

11Responsible Gaming

JLJPH is committed to operating a platform that promotes responsible gaming and protects vulnerable players. The following tools are available to all JLJPH account holders and can be activated directly from your account settings without requiring contact with support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Alerts: Receive a notification after a specified amount of time spent actively gaming.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a break of between 24 hours and 30 days — your account will be inaccessible for the duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your account from the platform. JLJPH will not reinstate a self-excluded account before the minimum exclusion period has elapsed, regardless of the request.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, JLJPH's total liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — is limited to the amount of real money deposits held in your JLJPH account at the time the claim arises.

JLJPH is not liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or anticipated savings resulting from platform use.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances outside JLJPH's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment processing disruptions, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from your failure to protect your account credentials as required by Section 3.2.
• Indirect, special, incidental, or consequential losses of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits JLJPH's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under Philippine law.

13Privacy and Data Protection

JLJPH collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173) and the regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission. By registering at JLJPH, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements applicable to licensed gaming operators under Philippine law.

14Amendments to These Terms

JLJPH reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, JLJPH will notify registered players by email and/or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended Terms take effect. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the JLJPH platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the changes, and JLJPH will return any eligible real money balance within 5 business days.

15Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of JLJPH — including disputes regarding the interpretation, validity, or performance of these Terms — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you are encouraged to contact JLJPH's support team to attempt informal resolution of any dispute. JLJPH will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within 10 business days of receipt.

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, JLJPH is also subject to PAGCOR's complaint and dispute resolution procedures. Registered players who are unsatisfied with JLJPH's resolution of a complaint may escalate to PAGCOR through the regulator's published player complaint channels.
